        We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 21-Day Money Back Guarantee on first-time single jar purchases, subject to the following terms:

        1. Eligibility

        The guarantee applies only to:

        • First-time purchase of One (1) individual Face Balm or Body Balm
        • Orders placed directly through our official website

         

        2. Usage Requirement

        The product must be used consistently for a minimum of 21 days to allow sufficient time to assess results.

        3. Timeframe

        Refund requests must be submitted within 4-6 weeks of the delivery date.

        4. Refund Scope

        Refunds apply to the product cost.

        Shipping fees are non-refundable.

        5. One Claim Per Customer

        The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer.

        6. How to Request a Refund

        To initiate a refund request, customers must contact customerservice@nx1project.com within 4-6 weeks after purchase, including:

        • Full name
        • Order number
        • Reason for refund request

         

        The customer will then be sent a return link, in order to ship the product back to us. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed. 

        NX1 Project reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing a refund.

        7. General

        This guarantee is offered in good faith to allow customers to try NX1 PROJECTS products risk-free. NX1 Project reserves the right to refuse claims where misuse, excessive consumption, or abuse of the policy is suspected.


    Refund & Return Eligibility 

    Bundles are intended for those who already know and love the product. Refunds or returns will only be considered under the following condition:

    The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email to customerservice@nx1project.com

    Please include 2x clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

    Damaged items are considered those with defects of physical breakage. Damaged packaging alone ( e.g. dented packaged) with the product intact does not qualify as damage.

    We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. 

    Cancellation Policy 

    If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please notify us within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, your order will likely have entered processing and changes or cancelations may no longer be possible. If you cancel your order within this one hour window, we will process your refund immediately.   

    Policy Updates 

    NX1 PROJECT reserves the right to modify or update our policies at any time without prior notice.  Customers are encouraged to review the most recent version of this policy before making a purchase.
