Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders by the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

UK Delivery

No orders will be dispatched between 31 December and 5 January, as our team will be taking a short Christmas break.

Standard Tracked Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48

Expected Delivery Time: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Free Shipping: On orders over £60

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to request any changes.

If we are notified after the 1-hour window, your order may already have been processed. In this case, you may be required to cover £5 postage to:

1. Return the original parcel.
2. Re-send the corrected parcel.

We will always do our best to help prevent any inconvenience, but this policy ensures we can manage courier fees fairly.
